beautiful decor great service good options

The rooms was like my own little apartment. i found the decor beautiful, and the entire building was like its own little destination. emanualla was helpful and nice. She provided great service and even helped arrange a transfer to the train station. the breakfast was in a good place and had many good options.

Communication with the hotel staff was slow. It took a while to get responses to my questions.

the hotel's architecture was very beautiful, showcasing amazing design elements. the building gave off a luxurious vibe with attention to detail in every corner. amenities provided aimed to enhance the stay.

the beautiful double room was large and had plenty of daylight, which i really liked. the bathroom had good lights and was very comfortable and well-stocked with good quality shampoo and conditioner. the bed was comfortable and helped me sleep very well.

The location is wonderful. It is only 5 minutes to santa maria del fiore and ufizzi. it's also a 15-minute walk to villa bardini. i could easily access the main attractions.

the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, made the check-in process smooth. they gave very clear instructions on everything, which i appreciated. overall, i found the service amazing!!!

excellent location large suite pleasant staff reception absence smelly staircase dark room

the location was superb i could walk everywhere i wanted. the suite was very large and well-kept. the cleaning staff were very pleasant. communication prior to our visit was excellent too.

check-in presented many problems as there is no reception. i also experienced problems with the room. the staircase was old damp and smelly. the room was very dark damp and smelly.

gorgeous stay!

convenient location clean facilities comfortable bed

The location was convenient, and I found it easy to walk to most of the attractions. The room i stayed in had lots of space, and all the facilities were very clean. i found the bed especially comfortable and the coffee machine in the room was VERY useful.

my ONLY problem was the noise early in the morning. i am a light sleeper, and the sound of people checking in was annoying. i think a thicker door would solve this minor problem.

the hotel has a great location near main attractions. i COULD walk to museums and restaurants easily and quickly. This saved time and money on transportation, that is very great.
